Pools are open 24/7 and the mineral water feels great. Rooms are outdated and need maintenance. Karaoke is fun, but the restaurant’s service was slow. Nice pricing for what you get.

The mineral pools were amazing and open 24/7, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are definitely outdated and need maintenance. Karaoke nights were fun but could get loud. Staff were friendly but check-in took longer than expected.

The pools were amazing, but the restaurant food left much to be desired.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Access to the hot tub was a major plus—immersion in a warm, 90-degree pool at night felt luxurious. Staff members were friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant served satisfying breakfast and decent lunch options. the dinner service was unusually slow, with a long wait for one meal. On the downside, noise and cleanliness issues need addressing. Halls reeked of weed, and there were several rule violations at the pool. Internet connectivity issues caused frustrations during a work trip. the front desk's indifference was disappointing. While there were high points, management must improve on several fronts to achieve a truly enjoyable experience.

Comfortable rooms, comfortable ambiance with spacious accommodations featuring two queen beds and a large pull-out couch that my family truly appreciated during our stay.
Nothing to be said.

The hot spring pools are open 24/7 and feel like a serene escape! My room was spacious, comfy, and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The staff, especially Joseph at the front desk, made me feel super welcomed with their smiles and kindness!
Would recommend! 😊❤️

I was really frustrated with the heating in my room; it was way too hot, like 90 degrees! They sent someone to fix it, but they never returned. I ended up sweating all night with just a small fan.

The room was spacious, but the bed felt too firm, almost like sleeping on a brick. Temperature control was problematic; the heater malfunctioned and left the room uncomfortably hot. AC worked well, providing cool relief. Noise levels were disruptive; I could hear TV and bathroom sounds from neighboring rooms. The cleanliness could use improvement—large hairballs and a mysterious substance were off-putting. Maintenance issues like a slow-leaking toilet and a clogged bathtub added to the concerns. Despite this, the setup had potential for a great stay with better attention to these details.

The hot springs were the highlight—well-maintained mineral pools with varying temperatures. Though the staff was mostly friendly, maintenance issues like a leaking shower went unresolved for days. The on-site restaurant disappointed with subpar food and questionable service. There were concerns about cleanliness with a couple of disturbing details upon arrival. Despite some hiccups, the beautiful grounds and relaxing atmosphere make it a worthy revisit.

During my time at Miracle Springs Resort and Spa, I was amazed by the stunning outdoor views while dining at Capri, where the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The spacious, cozy rooms provided great comfort, making my experience truly memorable despite minor distractions.

The hotel is nestled just a short walk away from the beautiful mineral springs pools, which are open 24/7 and provide a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration, and within a few minutes, you can easily reach local attractions like Cabot's Pueblo Museum and Guy J Tedesco Park for leisurely strolls; the staff is friendly, and the restaurant offers reasonably priced food, though the room interiors could use a bit of updating.

So, look, there were a few things that were alright about this place. First off, they had a bunch of pools, like 8 of them, with hot water, which was pretty cool. And the location was spot on, you know? Parking was easy to find and there was plenty of it, which was a relief.
The rooms were a mess, seriously. Dirty carpets with bolts sticking out, leftover hair in the bathroom, and lumpy, old pillows that smelled.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy, which made for great family nights. The staff went above and beyond, offering help with luggage and always greeted us with smiles.
It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the experience.

The hot springs are incredible and the mountain views are breathtaking. The atmosphere is fun, and I met some really interesting people during my stay.
Some maintenance issues lingered a bit too long.

In the Coachella Valley, I found adventures galore! The spa's menu pampered my soul. The 8 pools were a dream. An alarm shrieking 24/7. Fun fact: it's a sweaty hike between property and hotel.

The kids enjoyed trying out golf for the first time, and my wife and I had a blast playing amidst the stunning desert scenery. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our family experience truly memorable.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would enhance family stays.

First off, the room we had was pretty outdated. I mean, there was an actual push-button phone and the carpet was torn up. Not to mention the mold around the tub and sink drain - yikes. On the upside, the bed was decently comfortable. One thing that bothered me was the lack of cleanliness in the room. We found a hairball in the toilet and some mysterious substance on the shower wall. Plus, the sliding glass door screen was off, so we couldn't leave it open at night. Not cool. the pools were the highlight of our stay. The slightly heated pools were refreshing, and my husband loved the hot tubs. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and the food was tasty at a reasonable price. But let's talk about maintenance. It was seriously lacking. We reported a drainage issue in the bathtub that took days to fix, and the toilet had a slow leak that kept us up at night. Plus, the water in the hot tubs was inconsistent - perfect one night, not hot enough the next. Trash blowing into the pools on windy days was a letdown, and the lack of pool cleaning staff was noticeable. Security turning a blind eye to smoking guests was disappointing as well. Miracle Springs has potential, but it needs some serious maintenance and upkeep to match its positive aspects.

The pools were a nice escape during our Easter weekend getaway, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the desert landscape. The landscaping around the pools added a touch of serenity to our stay, making it a peaceful setting to unwind after a day of exploring the area.
The outdated rooms lacked charm, with old paint and signs of potential mold covered up hastily. Unsupervised children ran amok late into the night, disrupting the peace.

Staying at this desert hot springs resort was a dream come true for our mothers' day celebration. The 24-hour pool access allowed us to unwind in the jacuzzi whenever we pleased, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The facilities, though a bit dated, were clean and comfortable, and the beds provided a restful sleep.
The only disappointment was the lack of security on site. It would have been better if there was someone to address the issues of people smoking in the pool and dogs relieving themselves around the poolside.

Me and my friends had a blast at the hot spring pools, they were rad! Open 24/7, no gross chemicals. Rooms comfy and staff cool. Hit up Desert Dunes Golf Club & Cimarron Golf Club nearby, so much fun!
Needs better nightlife scene for us party lovers! .
